Following the direction to Viareggio take the road SS1 “Via Aurelia” as far as the entrance of the motorway A11 “Pisa Nord” direction Firenze. Leave the motorway at the exit “Lucca Ovest” and follow the direction to Lucca (centro) first to the right and then turning left, passing under the motorway bridge.
Go straight on passing two sets of traffic lights, at the second traffic light turn left following direction to Viareggio on the road SS439 “Via Sarzanese”. Drive on for about 2.5 km passing over the bridge Ponte San Pietro, go straight for 300 mt. and turn right at the “ERG” Gas station, follow the signs for Carignano - Sant’Alessio and Hotel Carignano. Continue for 1,5 km and you will find the Hotel on your left.

Take the motorway A11 "Firenze-Pisa Nord” direction to Pisa, leave the motorway at the exit “Lucca Ovest” and follow the direction to Lucca (centro) first to the right and then turning left, passing under the motorway bridge.
