Aren't they the same? Of course they are! Italians have one of the longest life expectancy in the world, second only to the Japanese (Italians enjoy life a lot more though!).

Why? This is due to a happy combination of genes, climate and the way we eat: pasta, vegetables, fresh herbs, all freshly prepared, in really very little time! - A delicious combination of carbohydrates, vegetables and protein in lots of easy to prepare
