Sunday May 17th at 2 pm EDT 6 pasta sauces Ragù bolognese, amatriciana sauce,

arrabbiata sauce, spaghetti carbonara,

spaghetti cacio e pepe, cherry tomato sauce with mozzarella

Natural yeast, crusty italian bread, whole wheat bread, focaccia with cherry tomatoes, potatoes and onions

Learn to make some italian vegetarian dishes,

Vegetable carpaccio with a rucola and yogurt sauce.

Fresh Mozzarella with a raw tomato sauce

zucchini salad with Pear, zucchini with flowers, mint and yogurt sauce

Tofu all'aceto balsamico ed uva

How to make seitan

Seitan alla pizzaiola, Seitan with tomato sauce, olives capers, origano and hot chili

Learn to cook salmon,  seabass in foil,

seabass with potatoes onions and herbs,
