- Making fresh pasta & 4 delicious sauces

 we will make fresh egg pasta ang spinach pasta for fettuccine and ravioli. We will make ravioli with ricotta and spinach and ravioli with salmon. Sauce: cherry tomato sauce, basic tomato from peeled tomatoes, arrabbiata sauce, mushroom and marsala sauce

Making pizza dough, pizza in home oven, pizza sauce, pizza margherita, pizza with buffalo mozzarella, pizza with pepperoni, pizza with mushrooms, dessert pizza with fruits and chocolate!!

We will make chicken liver crostini, ragù lucchese (similar to bolognese but more aromatic) Arista di maiale (Roast pork loin) and cantuccini (biscotti)

Crostini alla spuma di salmone affumicato, Smoked salmon mousse with lime and Chives

 Baby clams bruschetta with canned baby clams, parsley tomato, garlic and a hint of chili pepper

 Risotto alla zucca e Gorgonzola, risotto with acorn squash and gorgonzola cheese

 Tagliatelle al tartufo, fettuccine with black truffles sauce (and with white truffles)

 Ricciola agli agrumi, mahi-mahi orange and lemon slices, bueberries,saffron, cherry tomato, fennel seeds

 Petto d’Anatra all’arancio,  duck breast with orange sauce,

 Zabaione with fresh berries
