Service Description

In this class we will prepare some delicious but easy to make fish dishes, starting with the main ingredient: really fresh fish!!. Mussels with lemon, mussels with sambuca, shrimp, orange and fennel salad, tuna Tartare, spaghetti alle vongole , fettuccine with seafood and saffron, pasta with pistachio pesto and shrimps, grilled tuna with lettuce sauce, fish baked with potato, onion tomato and herbs, fish baked in foil and Panna Cotta
